Ordering Process

1. Inquiry & Selection

You begin by browsing our website to see what is available and then select the customised sauna required. At this stage, you can provide us with its basic requirements and expectations by submitting an initial order or enquiry.

2. Initial Consultation

After receiving your inquiry, our sales team will arrange a phone or video consultation to thoroughly understand your specific needs and expectations. This personalized communication helps us offer more precise and satisfactory custom services tailored to your requirements.

3. Design Rendering & Confirmation

Based on your requirements, our design team will create a 3D rendering of your custom sauna. The initial design will be sent to you via email or our online platform for your review. You can request up to three revisions to the design at no additional cost, ensuring it aligns perfectly with their vision. Should further modifications be needed beyond the three complimentary revisions, an additional fee of $100 per revision will apply.

Once you are satisfied with the design and have confirmed it, we will move on to the next stage of the process.

Delivery Process

1. Quotation & Deposit Payment

Upon receiving your specific requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation on the same day. To initiate the design process, a deposit of 10% of the total order value is required. Our design team will then commence work on your sauna’s concept, delivering the initial design within two business days.

2. Design Rendering Phase

Once the deposit is received, the design team will create a customized 3D rendering of the sauna based on your specifications. The rendering will be sent to you for review. During this phase, we offer up to three free design modifications. If additional revisions are necessary beyond the initial three, a fee of $100 per modification will be charged. This policy allows us to ensure your satisfaction with the final design while maintaining transparency regarding potential extra costs.

After you approve the final design, the project will move into the production phase.

3. Production Phase & Mid-Term Payment

To initiate the production process, a payment of 40% of the total order value is required. Once the design is finalized and approved, we will provide an accurate timeline for delivery based on the specifics of your custom sauna. A dedicated customer service representative will be assigned to your project, ensuring you are kept informed of progress throughout the production process.

4. Completion & Product Photography

Upon completion of the sauna, our production team will photograph the finished product and send the images to you for final review. This allows you to confirm the quality and details before shipping.

5. Final Payment & Delivery

Once you confirm that the product meets your expectations, the remaining 40% balance of the payment is due. After we receive this payment, we will arrange for shipping and provide you with tracking information.

6. Shipping & Installation

When your custom sauna is ready, we will arrange for delivery and installation. Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the size of your sauna; please refer to our shipping policy for detailed information. Our professional team will handle the installation to ensure everything is set up correctly, allowing you to immediately begin enjoying your new sauna. After installation is complete, the final 10% payment will be due, concluding the custom process.
