Wizzisaunas’ full-spectrum infrared saunas offer multiple health benefits through a unique combination of red and blue light and carbon crystal heating panels. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air to raise the ambient temperature, they typically operate at temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) and produce large amounts of steam. On the other hand, our Full Spectrum Infrared saunas use infrared rays to directly heat the body, producing deep perspiration at much lower temperatures (120-150°F or 49-65°C) for your comfort.
Full spectrum infrared technology includes:
Near Infrared (NIR): Combined with blue light, it penetrates the top layer of the skin to promote skin health and cell regeneration.
