At Wizzisaunas, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of your sauna products. This Shipping & Delivery Policy details our shipping partners, options, service areas, and what you can expect when ordering from us. Please review this policy carefully to understand our practices.

1. Shipping Partners

We currently offer standard shipping services through multiple carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and BEST. We are planning to establish twenty warehouses across all states in the US to ensure fast product delivery. Currently, all products from our distributors and agents are temporarily shipped from our warehouse located in California. If you have special delivery requirements, please leave us a message or note when placing your order.
 

2. Service Area

Our delivery service is currently available for the continental United States only.
Shipping to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
P.O. Box Addresses: We do not support delivery to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
 

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your purchased products promptly.
 

4. Shipping Duration & Costs:

Shipping Fees:
For dropshipping users, shipping fees are set at a fixed price across the US based on the weight and size of different products.
For bulk/large orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual order.
Delivery Time: 7-15 business days for standard shipping.
The exact delivery time depends on your specific delivery address and the transportation arrangements made by our carriers. We will provide the exact delivery time upon confirmation of your order. If you have any special requests or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Customer-Arranged Shipping (Third-Party Logistics) We do not contact third-party freight companies on behalf of the customer, nor do we assist in obtaining freight quotes from third-party logistics providers. If you wish to use a different logistics provider or carrier, you must contact them directly. We will provide all necessary shipping information. You must obtain quotes and complete payment with the carrier yourself. Please note: We cannot pay any freight charges on behalf of the customer, and we are not responsible for any damage or delays caused by third-party transportation. Once the goods are picked up by the customer’s chosen carrier, the responsibility for transport is assumed by that carrier.
 

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to log in to the logistics company’s website and track the status of your order at any time. We recommend closely monitoring your order’s shipping progress to stay informed about the delivery timeframe.
 

6. Special Case

● Unpredictable Delays: Natural disasters, holidays and adverse weather conditions occasionally cause delays in delivery. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Wizzisaunas is not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
● If a package cannot be delivered to the specified address due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect or wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.), or if the customer refuses to accept the package, the package will be returned to the specified address, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
● For custom products, returns are not accepted. If a re-shipment is required due to customer-related issues, the customer will bear the shipping costs for the re-delivery.
 

7. Taxes

Customs duties and taxes are borne by Wizzisaunas if the customer holds a resale certificate from any US state; otherwise, all relevant taxes must be paid additionally.
 

8. Returns and Exchanges
