Thank you for choosing Wizzisaunas. We are committed to providing you with high-quality sauna products and comprehensive warranty services. This warranty policy applies to dropshipping customers and bulk distributors who purchase Wizzisaunas products through authorized channels.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

This warranty policy applies only to the original purchaser (retailer or authorized distributor). End users who purchase this product through authorized distributors may apply for warranty services under these terms.

Important Notice: Warranty rights automatically terminate upon resale, transfer of ownership, or unauthorized transfer without written consent from Wizzisaunas and are non-transferable.

STANDARD FREE WARRANTY

Warranty Inclusions: During the valid free warranty period, all parts and shipping costs are covered for free repair or replacement services. The warranty covers failures caused by manufacturing defects, including:

• Material Defects: Defects in wood and other materials used in the sauna under normal use conditions .
• Workmanship Defects: Defects occurring during manufacturing, including assembly and structural issues .
• Electrical Components: Failures of sauna heater, control panel, main control box, and other electrical components under normal use .
• Core Components: Wood structure, heater, controller, electrical components and wiring, light tubes, Bluetooth audio system, etc.
• Transportation Damage: Any wood or glass breakage during transportation.

Warranty Exclusions: The following situations are not covered under warranty:

• Glass Damage: Damage to glass components (except damage caused during transportation)
• Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal Wear and Tear: Expected deterioration and wear from long-term use
• Environmental Damage: Damage caused by fire, flood, natural disasters, or other environmental factors
• Wood Expansion and Contraction: Minor expansion and contraction of kiln-dried wood may produce small cracks, which is normal
• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or modifications performed by non-Wizzisaunas authorized personnel
• Other Exclusions: Defects or damage caused by transportation service providers, installers, users, or animals

Free Warranty Period:
• Dropshipping Customers: 1-year free warranty from date of purchase.
• Bulk Distributors: 2-year free warranty from date of purchase.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY (PARTS)

After the free warranty period (1 year or 2 years) ends, Wizzisaunas provides lifetime replacement parts service for all core components.

Warranty Terms:
• Free Parts: All replacement parts provided free from China factory.
• Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs from China factory to customer location, and labor costs for on-site installation or third-party repairs.
• Applicable Components: Wood structure, heater, controller, main control box, electrical components and wiring, light tubes, audio system, and other core components.

Important Notes:
• Lifetime warranty only covers failures caused by manufacturing defects.
• Does not include human misuse, disassembly, modification, natural aging, or normal wear and tear.
• Does not include labor or transportation costs related to disassembly and reinstallation.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To apply for warranty service, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service Send email to: [email protected] Provide the following information:
• Order number or proof of purchase, contract, invoice.
• Product model and serial number.
• Detailed problem description.
• Purchase date.

Step 2: Submit Warranty Claim Our customer service team will guide you through the application process. You may be required to provide photos or videos of the faulty part as evidence. Please report transportation damage (glass breakage, etc.) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Step 3: Review and Processing We will review your claim within 3-5 business days. If it meets warranty conditions, we will arrange:
• During Free Warranty Period: Free replacement parts and shipping costs covered.
• During Lifetime Warranty Period: Free parts provided, shipping and labor costs borne by customer.

Step 4: Parts Shipment and Installation Replacement parts will be shipped from China factory. Customer must arrange installation themselves or contact local repair technician. Keep all repair records for future reference.

Important Notes:
• Damage not reported within the specified time (one week after receipt) will not qualify for refund, return, or replacement.
• All warranty claims must provide valid proof of purchase.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

To ensure the lifespan and optimal performance of your sauna, we recommend following these maintenance guidelines:

Daily Cleaning Use non-corrosive cleaners to clean interior and exterior surfaces. Avoid using strong acids, strong bases, or cleaners containing benzene or high-concentration alcohol. Wipe seats and walls with a soft cloth after each use.

Regular Inspection Inspect electrical components such as heater and control panel monthly. Check for loose or worn wire connections. Look for unusual cracks or deformation in wood (minor cracks are normal).

Ventilation Management Open doors and windows after each use to allow moisture to escape. Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity environments. Ensure ventilation system operates normally.

Wood Care Indoor sauna wood is kiln-dried and may expand or contract slightly. Outdoor sauna wood may develop cracks due to humidity changes, which is normal. Use furniture polish or wood care oil to treat external scratches. Internal scratches can be left or lightly sanded.

Stone Care (Traditional Saunas) Inspect and rearrange heater stones annually. Replace broken or cracked stones to ensure even heating. Keep stones dry and avoid moisture residue.

Regular Maintenance Records Keep all maintenance and cleaning records. Record any abnormalities to provide during warranty claims.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Retain Proof of Purchase Keep order number, invoice, and purchase receipt safe. Proof of purchase required for warranty claims.

Avoid Unauthorized Repairs Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the sauna yourself. Unauthorized operations will void the warranty.

Transportation Protection Ensure proper packaging and protection during transportation. Inspect for damage immediately upon receipt.

Proper Installation Install the sauna correctly according to product instructions. Recommend hiring a licensed electrician for electrical connections. Ensure use of dedicated circuit, avoid sharing with other appliances.

Environmental Protection Indoor saunas should be installed in well-ventilated locations. Outdoor saunas should be placed in covered areas or with protective measures. Avoid exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Warranty Region Restrictions This warranty policy applies only within the United States, excluding the following states and territories: PR (Puerto Rico), AK (Alaska), HI (Hawaii), GU (Guam), AA, AE, AP (military addresses).

Limitation of Liability Wizzisaunas’ liability does not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Wizzisaunas does not assume liability for incidental or consequential losses caused by product defects, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, or loss of goodwill. Wizzisaunas does not assume liability for personal injury or property damage caused by product defects.

Policy Changes Wizzisaunas reserves the right to modify this warranty policy. If changes occur, we will update the policy on our official website and attempt to notify subscribed customers via email. However, products purchased before policy changes will be warranted under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
